The Internet Journal of Medical Toxicology was a publication of the American College of Medical Toxicology. The IJMT is registered at the International Standard Serial Number (ISSN) Centre: ISSN 1523-5130. The purpose of IJMT was to provide an interactive forum for the discussion of topics in Medical Toxicology.

In Novermber of 2005, The American College of Medical Toxicology began publishing its new journal - The Journal of Medical Toxicology.
